Terrible is the LONELINESS that accompanies depression, anxiety, ADHD, bi-polar, schizophrenia and related illnesses.

Because nobody wants to be around people suffering from such, you are avoided like a plague.

And as much as you want people to love you unconditionally, you also avoid them for fear of REJECTION. I get it. The cycle is crazy.

I’ve come to make the first move on you. If I waited, you’d probably never approach me for fear I may reject you also.

I’m not a trained therapist but I’m trained to love, and I’m willing to hold your hand and walk with you through this.

We’ll be on video calls at least twice a week, every week and you’ll get to share with me exactly how you feel, how you’re doing, without the slightest fear of judgement.

And I’ll be the friend you never had, the friend who sticks closer than a brother. And once in a while I’ll send you free stuff you can use to get through. I’ll also be sharing with you how I overcame my own condition.

We’ll talk about anything and everything that comes to mind.

I’ll share with you about my beautiful country Kenya, just to divert you temporarily from focusing too much on your condition.

In fact, there’ll be times I’ll video call you right in the middle of a game park  and give you a virtual tour, just to refresh you a little bit.

My main goal with you, would be to finally convince you that you have ONE FRIEND in the world who’s willing to stand by you without shame. Who’s willing treat you with respect and understanding, and help you the best way he can till you start to heal.

To be honest, I lacked such a person in my own life, that’s why I’m willing to be that person for people.

Let’s do this for a month and get you full of hope again.
